What if I already have a scheduled appointment at somewhere like Caliber Collision or Service King?

No problem, all you have to do is bring in your car with us and we will contact your insurance and Caliber Collision/Service king for you and let them know that you decided to bring in your car with us instead.

If I choose to bring in my car with you guys, what is the process like?

Insurance companies do require us to have your car in the shop while doing estimates in case that insurance companies want to come into the shop to inspect the vehicle themselves to confirm damages.

This means that you will be without your car for upto two weeks, If your full coverage insurance plan also covers the cost of a rental car, you will have to call you insurance company and they will provide you with a reservation number that you can use to get your rental.

If you do not have rental coverage, we can provide you with a loaner car, free of charge, while your car is in the shop.
